Updated Osprey Class Rules to incorporate resolutions agreed at the 2021 and 2023 AGM i.e.

• To correct the reference to World Sailing Regulation 20 as regards advertising.
• To allow cameras and videos to be attached to the boat or crew clothing, but with some restrictions
• To add the Mark VI as an approved variant
• To reinstate the mast spur height that had previously gone missing.

Also a number of formatting changes in line with World Sailing’s format.
